THERAPY, COACHING

Cheria Randle, MA

Cheria is a trauma-informed mindset coach, with an emphasis on beauty and wellness, a published author and child and family therapist. With extensive experience in addressing substance abuse, mental illness, trauma, depression, and anxiety, Cheria is committed to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. Her work as an ABA therapist with children on the autism spectrum in Los Angeles honed her compassionate approach to therapy, but it was the personal transitions of motherhood and self-discovery that inspired her to expand her focus to beauty and wellness coaching.

As a beauty and wellness coach, Cheria helps women enhance their self-image, confidence, and overall well-being. Her approach is rooted in the belief that beauty starts from within, encouraging women to embrace self-care, balance, and mindset transformation. She has a keen eye for personal style and wellness rituals that elevate both inner and outer beauty, empowering her clients to live their best, most radiant lives.

Since returning to her hometown of Chicago, Cheria has been working as a trauma-informed child and family therapist for the past three years and is LPC-eligible. She is passionate about designing group programs for adolescents and teens, focused on empowerment and community uplift. She also incorporates beauty and lifestyle elements into her wellness coaching to help women build confidence, boost self-esteem, and embrace personal transformation.

Outside of her professional work, Cheria brings her love of beauty and style to life as a former professional dancer and model. She enjoys indulging in skincare routines, staying active through dance and Pilates, and curating fashion that reflects her vibrant personality. Writing poetry, journaling, reading, and connecting with others are also key parts of her lifestyle, making her a well-rounded and relatable figure for her clients.

Cheria holds a B.S. in Psychology from Tennessee State University, where she joined Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling specialization from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her future goals include launching a nonprofit to serve at-risk youth and expanding her wellness coaching to reach even more women seeking beauty and balance in their lives.
